11月1日-2日，日本文教大学第一副校长阿川修三教授为首的代表团来访我校。校党委耿向东书记率外国语学院陶文好院长及国际处相关负责人接待了来宾。

双方代表就设立外语系英语短期留学点、交换生项目、研究生项目以及2+2项目等事宜进行了会谈。双方均表示过去的三年里，交换生项目取得了巨大的进展，并期待在接下来的合作中产生更多喜人的成果。关于外语系英语短期留学点、研究生项目以及2+2项目的具体细节双方将进行进一步协调磋商。

代表团在外国语学院相关工作人员的带领下参观了校园、旁听了外教课程并对我校校园环境以及外国语学院的课程设置予以高度赞扬。

文教大学代表团来访是我校国际交流与合作领域的又一成果，充分体现了外国语学院以质量为生命，以创新为灵魂，为广东省和全国培养一流的复合型、有特色的外语人才的办学宗旨。

Bunkyo University Delegation visited BNUZ  

On November 1 and 2, 2018, the Bunkyo University delegation headed by First Vice President and Professor Shuzo Agawa was warmly received by Professor Geng Xiangdong, General Secretary of the Party Committee of BNUZ; accompanied by Professor Tao Wenhao, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, three other vice Deans of the SFL, and a Director’s assistant from the Int’l office.

The representatives of the two sides held talks on the establishment of the short-term English language study center, exchange program, postgraduate program and 2+2 program whereafter. Both sides agreed that the exchange program had made great progress in the past three years and more promising results in the coming collaboration is expected. The two sides will further coordinate and consult on the specific details of the short-term English language study center establishment, the postgraduate program as well as the 2+2 program.

The delegation, led by staff from the School of Foreign Languages, visited the campus, sat in on courses delivered by foreign teachers and thought highly of the campus environment as well as the curriculum setting of SFL.

The visit is another achievement in the field of international exchange and cooperation of BNUZ , which fully reflects the guideline of SFL: to highlight quality and innovation, so as to train first-rate interdisciplinary, independent English and Japanese professionals for Guangdong Province and the country at large.
