2017年4月下旬至5月中旬，外国语学院青协在院内开展了“旧书新生”二手书交换活动，在我院学生宿舍楼楼下、学一、学三食堂门口设置领书帐篷，以提高书籍的利用率。

青协志愿者们在外国语学院学生所住各个宿舍楼下，提前放置好旧书专用箱，以供同学们捐出自己不需要的书籍。书籍回收期结束后，统一分类整理，按照书名,数量等制作表格，在青协公众号上发布书目推送。同学们只需在公众号后台回复书名即可轻松查询自己想要的书籍。

此次活动持续时间长，收集书目多达三百本；种类数量多，英语、日语各类专业书籍以及公共选修课书籍等各类书目，能够很好地满足大一至大三同学的需求。

此次旧书新生活动，为学院同学们提供了便利，更能有效进行资源配置，在校园内做到资源利用最大化。

Youth Volunteers Association of SFL Held" Old Books and New Owners" Second-hand Books Exchange Activity

         In late April to mid-May, 2017, Youth Volunteers Association of School of Foreign Languages launched a second-hand books exchange activity of "Old books and new owners" on campus. A book-recycling box and tent were set downstairs in the dormitory of our university and in front of the Canteen One and Canteen Three to increase book utilization.

     The volunteers placed collection boxes in advance for students to donate books they did not need any more. After the collection of books, volunteers sorted these books into different subjects, and imput the information into an excel form in accordance with titles and numbers of the books and then publicized it on Youth Volunteers Association Wechat Public Platform. Students only needed to reply the title of the book in the public platform to easily check the books they want.

     The activity lasted for a long time and collected as many as 300 books. Various types of bibliographies of various professional books, including English, Japanese, and public elective courses could well meet the needs of freshmen to juniors.

      The “Old books and new owners” activity offered convenience to students of SFL, which could allocate resources more effectively and maximize the use of resources in the campus.
