外国语学院召开2018级新生朋辈导师培训会议

2018年6月6日下午17:30，外国语学院在乐育楼C108课室召开2018级新生朋辈导师培训会议。辅导员刘金哲老师、2018级新生朋辈导师及2017级优秀朋辈导师出席了此次培训。

首先，刘金哲老师介绍了朋辈导师的工作职责和要求。随后，2017级的优秀朋辈导师分别介绍了朋辈导师的工作方法、开学前的各项准备工作、遇到特殊情况时的处理办法等内容，并进行了答疑。

朋辈导师制度已经进行3年，有效地帮助了大一新生适应新的校园生活。

      An assemble meeting of peer tutors was held at 17:30 on June 6, 2018 at rom Leyu C108, presented by student counselor Ms. Liu Jinzhe, peer tutors of year2018 and outstanding peer tutors of year 2017.  

    Ms. Liu introduced the peer tutorial system, working requirements and responsibilities. Peer tutors for year 2017 shared their working experience, preparation before new semester in September, emergency solution and Q&A.

    The  peer tutorial system has started 3 years and has encouraged freshmen a lot in adjusting new life in university.
