Lucas is a recent graduate of Appalachian State Universities'' MBA program. This is his third year teaching in China, as previously he taught in Qingdao, and he has aspirations of getting his PhD in Finance.

The first part of the lecture focuses on different market bubbles that have occurred throughout history, such as, the tulip bubble, south seas bubble, and various stock market bubbles that have littered the United States stock market. The second part of the lecture will discuss the present market bubble, the Fed''s bubble, and some possible scenarios.
