2009年7月毕业于北京师范大学珠海分校外国语学院英语专业，同年9月留校担任辅导员工作，主要负责低年级所有学生工作。于2010年10月接手外国语学院团委工作。2010年10月指导学生举办三院（数学学院、文学院、外国语学院）校园歌手大赛，11月指导学生举办北京师范大学珠海分校第六届英语演讲比赛及外国语学院第四届英文教学大赛，12月指导学生举办第三届翻译大赛及2011年元旦联欢晚会。在处理学生日常事务及指导学生举办各项活动的过程中，我一直保持着热情，细致耐心地与学生沟通交流，能够站在学生的角度思考问题，从中我收获良多。我充分的意识到在这一过程中辅导员的任务是与学生完成思想的交流、知识的交换，学生是英语学习活动的主人，辅导员是组织者、引导者与合作者。2012年2月起担任外国语学院教务秘书。

My name is Yin Xiaolei. I graduated from Faculty of Foreign Languages, Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai in July, 2009 and got my Bachelor Degree with a major in English Language and Literature. Upon graduation, I stayed at the faculty to start my career as a college student counselor, responsible for all the student affairs for the freshmen and sophomore students. And I took over the position of the director of Youth League in the faculty in October, 2010. I am mainly responsible for supervising the students’ activities, such as Singing Contest co-held by 3 faculties, School of Chinese, School of Mathematics and Faculty of Foreign Languages in October, 2010, the Sixth English Speaking Contest of Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai and the fourth English Teaching Contest of the faculty in November, 2010, and the Third Interpretation Contest and New Year Party of 2011 of the faculty in December in the same year. I learnt a lot in the process of dealing with student affairs and supervising the students’ activities. I maintained an insatiable love for my job, interacting with students with a sincere, patient and painstaking manner, thinking from the perspective of the students. I became fully conscious that the task of the college student counselor is to complete the thoughts exchange, the knowledge exchange with the students in this process; students are the masters of English learning activities; the college student counselor is the organizer, the guide and the collaborator. In February, 2012, I took over the position of Secretary of Teaching Affairs.
