（记者 吴玉婷）2018年11月4日，深圳学而思培训中心的主讲教师张兴伟、马嘉瑜、杨宇佳为外国语学院的学子们开展了为期一天的小学、初中英语教学方法培训会。        

首先，杨宇佳组织同学们以小组为单位，用“滚雪球”的方式依次进行了自我介绍，紧接着，马嘉瑜老师向同学们展示了学而思自主研发、重用叠词而方便儿童记忆的字母操。杨宇佳向同学们示范了一堂小学单词课，通过课堂教学，真实再现了学而思授课的基本步骤。下午，参会学生分组试讲，针对每个小组的优势和不足，导师进行讲评，并指出改正方案并示范教学。随后，马嘉瑜老师给同学们演示了一堂初中英语语法课堂教学，他强调：“初中课堂和小学不一样，它需要增加更多的竞争机制，而不是用夸张的动作去吸引同学们的注意力。”

此次校企联合举行的培训会，让在校同学初步了解了学而思的教学方式，也让将来从事教育领域的同学有了更加坚定自己的目标和方法。

Leading teaching group composed by Zhang Xingwei, Ma Jiayu and Yang Yujia from Learning and Thinking School in Shenzhen gave students of SFL whole-day training on English teaching method of primary school and junior middle school on November 4, 2018.  

Firstly, Yang Yujia asked all the participants to introduce themselves in group, and later on, Ms. Ma demonstrated a letter gym designed by Leaning and Thinking School, which applied the duplication and benefit for the kids’ remembering. Ms. Yang showed a demo class of primary school on how to teach vocabulary in real class.

Students practiced their teaching in group in the afternoon and received comments from teachers after that. Ms .Ma said that teaching in junior middle school was different from primary school. The former stresses more competition while the latter gives more importance to eye-catching activities.

The joint training by SFL and LTS brought students more details about LTS and inspired them in their future career choice, especially those students who aim to be a teacher.
