2019年4月22日，外国语学院青年教学基本功大赛初赛在乐育楼C105成功举办。来自外国语学院的袁绪佳老师和李丹老师用生动的语言和精准的表达给同学们上了精彩纷呈的一课。谢庆立、吕红波、梁燕婷老师受邀请担任了此次比赛的评委。

此次比赛每位老师有15-20分钟的授课时间。袁绪佳老师以数字口译为主题，从教学目标、学情分析、教学内容和教学评价四个方面深入浅出地向同学们讲解了数字口译的重点和难点，在教学时循循善诱，积极调动了同学们的主动性，让同学们都能融入课堂中收获颇丰。李丹老师则向同学们介绍了英国的饮食文化，让同学们对国外的饮食文化产生了新的认知和了解。讲课的内容丰富，氛围轻松愉快，并引导同学积极发表自己的看法，让同学们能从课堂中得到提升。

评委们按照比赛章程，从英语语言基本功、课堂内容、课堂效果等方面对老师们的教学进行了认真的评价。经过激烈的角逐，袁绪佳老师赢得第一名，李丹老师赢得第二名。通过这次比赛，让青年教师有了更多进步和发展的空间，也让同学们受益匪浅。

SFL Holds Teaching Competition

The School of Foreign Languages held a teaching competition in Leyu C105 on April 22nd. Ms. Yuan Xujia and Ms. Li Dan both gave the students a wonderful lesson with vivid language and precise delivery. Vice Dean Xie Qingli, Associate Professor Lv Hongbo and Ms. Liang Yanting were invited as the judges of the competition.

Each teacher made a 15-20-minute presentation. With the theme of Figure Interpreting, Ms. Yuan Xujia explained the key points and difficulties of it from the four aspects of teaching objectives, academic analysis, teaching content and teaching evaluation; she taught very clearly in concise language. In the teaching process, she actively mobilized the enthusiasm of the students, so they were involved in the calss activities and benefited a lot. Ms. Li Dan introduced British food culture to the students, which enabled them to have a new understanding of western food culture. The lectures were rich in content, the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant, and the students had been encouraged to actively express their opinions.

After the contestants’ performances, every judge made detailed comments on the competition. Ms. Yuan Xujia won the first place and Ms. Li Dan the second place. Through this competition, young teachers had a chance to present and share and the students presented benefited a lot.
