A lecture about living and studying in Japan was held at 7 p.m. on May 23rd in Lize D206. The lecture was given by the Japanese teachers in the School of Foreign Languages, namely Dr. Shen Yinji and Dr. Xiong Linhong, and Dr. Shen Yinji hosted the lecture.
The lecture was composed of two sections. First, Dr. Shen Yinji talked about studying in Japan based on her own experiences covering different aspects, such as choosing majors, preparing for entrance exams and composing papers. The second part focused on the life of international students in Japan. Dr. Shen Yinji showed the photos she took when she studied in Japan so that the students could have a better understanding of Japanese life and culture. The lecture gave the students opportunities to know about Japanese local life and studying abroad in Japan.
Both Dr. Xiong Linhong and Dr. Shen Yinji shared their experiences of studying and living in Japan with the students who were impressed by the charm of Japanese culture and motivated to study in Japan after their undergraduate education.
