On November 13rd, the final round of Short Drama Competition was held in Lize D206, with`Mr. Chris Dockstader，Ms. Bronagh Mooney，Ms. Kayoko Matsushima，Mr. Wataru Sato and Ms. Wang Yan being invited as judges. Ms. Rosamond， Margaret Walls，Mr. Hiromasa Meguro，Ms. Luo Min and Ms. Zhang Jingyi as well as chairmen of the Student Union were invited as guests.

The group You performed the story of blood examination in the Legend of Empress Zhen Huanwith beautiful Chinese palace costume. Daemoon Tools recomposed and readapted the classic dramaRomeo and Juliet, whose creative performance got bursts of applause. Cinderella 2.0 was performed by the group Fried Egg Men, and they brought a story telling us true love could defeat magic. The audience also enjoyed a Cantonese short drama. Finally, Dream Chaser and Daemon Tools won the first prize of the English group and the Japanese group respectively. “The Most Popular Team” was awarded to the group of Fried Egg Men with the most votes online.

Great performances of the six groups impressed the audience a lot. Competitors’ spoken and written skills were greatly improved through the short drama competition. It was a valuable learning experience for both competitors and the audience.
