为了倡导“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神，发扬“理解、尊重、关心、帮助”的助残精神，推进全社会“尊重残疾儿童、关心残疾儿童、服务残疾儿童”的良好风气，外国语学院学生党支部于2016年5月22日组织支部成员赴琪琪聋哑院开展志愿服务活动，支部党员、入党积极分子响应学院党支部的号召，积极参与志愿服务。

人类最崇高的行为是“奉献”，人世间最温暖力量叫“关爱”。残疾儿童与健全人一样，需要阳光，需要温暖。此次党支部活动，让所有支部成员更加重视爱心助残的意义，增强爱心助残的责任感，坚定树立“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的时代新风。尊重残疾儿童，关爱残疾儿童，服务残疾儿童，帮助残疾儿儿童，让“以人为本、相互关爱”的理念在支部成员的血液中流淌。

党的宗旨是全心全意为人民服务，党支部组织成员赴琪琪聋哑院开展志愿活动是其生动的体现。所有支部成员都须以优秀党员的标准严格要求自己，并通过志愿服务更好地为人民服务！

Members of Student Party Branch of SFL Visited Qiqi Deaf School

On May 22, 2016, to promote the volunteering spirit of “dedication, friendship, mutual help and improvement”, and to foster the spirit of “understanding, respect, care and assistance” to help the disabled, members of the Student Party Branch of School of Foreign Languages visited Qiqi Deaf School, playing games with the children and showing great love for them.

The noblest human behavior is "dedication", and the warmest power in the world is called "love". Just like all the healthy people, children with disabilities need love too. This voluntary activity enabled all the Party Branch members to pay more attention to the children with disabilities so as to strengthen their sense of responsibility for the society, which would be beneficial for the members to foster the spirit of “putting people first”.

Serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental purpose of the Party, and this activity in the deaf school was exactly the demonstration of the purpose, which would stimulate all members of the Party Branch to foster a correct worldview, and always cherish deep love for our great country and our great people.
