2016年3月9日, 为响应校党委在全体党员中开展“三查三找”专项工作的号召, 外国语学院党总支教工党支部在励耘楼A409举行党员大会，以找出问题，解决问题。学院19名党员参加了此次大会，会上，学院党总支书记陶文好同志首先强调了校发通知并带头发言，指出了外国语学院教职工党支部存在的几点不足，并提出了有效的解决方案。陶院长特别强调，党员同志在工作生活中要发挥先锋模范带头作用，严格自律，传播正能量。随后，老师们畅所欲言，相互交流，并反思自己在工作中与党员标准的差距。
全体教职工党员希冀以此次民主生活会为契机，不断提高自己的党性修养，以更饱满的热忱投入到工作生活中去。
SFL Staff Party Branch Held Party Meeting “Three Introspections &Corrections”
In response to the call from Party Committee of the university to carry out “Three self-reflections & corrections” among all party members, SFL staff party branch held Party Meeting in Room A409 of Leyu Building on March 9th, 2016 to introspect party members themselves and solve problems that may occur. 19 party members attended the meeting. Professor Tao Wenhao, the General Secretary of Party Branch of SFL emphasized the importance of the notice from the university, pointed out several shortcomings of SFL Staff Party Branch and then provided with effective solutions. Professor Tao paid special emphasis on party members who should play a vanguard and exemplary role and take the lead on self-discipline and positive energy spreading. Afterwards teachers expressed their opinions, exchanged ideas with each other and reflected on the difference between performance in work and membership. All the faculty and staff members took the themed meeting as an opportunity to constantly improve their own party spirit and dedicate themselves to working life with greater enthusiasm.
