又到了每周三的图书馆英语角时间，到场的老师是Mr. Charlie Reis，Ms. Amy Elizabeth Call和Ms. Bronagh Mooney，在这次的英语角中，老师和同学们共同分享了自己的兴趣爱好。

Charlie很热情地让新来的同学都做了一遍自我介绍。之后，他开始聊起自己的兴趣。他喜欢DIY，因此开了一家服装公司。现场也有同学喜欢DIY，还给Charlie展示了她自己的作品。

Amy是一位非常爱笑的老师。她先和同学们分享了一些说话技巧。接着有个同学就开始和所有人分享他自己的经历：他喜欢解决电脑漏洞，喜欢编程序，他是一个兴趣广泛的人。之后话题又转到了志愿者，Amy说在国外，有钱人捐钱帮助穷人，而像她一样的一些志愿者则做一些可口的饭菜送给那些潦倒的人吃。听到这里，其中一位同学便讲述了他帮助自闭儿童的经历，Amy提到希望有更多的人能够关注他们。最后，同学们开始和Amy推荐在中国值得去旅游的地方，比如杭州、新疆和三亚，并提醒她不要在旺季的时候出去旅游。

Bronagh则是一位很喜欢讨论政治问题的老师，她与同学们交流了最近的热点事件。

本周的英语角拉上了帷幕，相信参与其中的同学一定收获了不少。

English Corner: Hobbies

Welcome to English Corner again. Mr. Charlie Reis, Ms. Amy Elizabeth Mooney, Ms. Bronagh Mooney were present today.

Charlie and the students shared their hobbies. One of the students liked to DIY, Charlie said he liked to DIY, too. He even had his own clothing company.

Amy shared some talking skills first, and she praised a student who liked dealing with computer problems and writing programs. Then they talked about the volunteers. In her hometown, wealthy people donated money to the poor. As a volunteer, she would make food and give the food to the poor. One of the students told us that he helped a boy with autism and Amy hoped more and more people pay attention to these children. Then all the students started to introduce some famous places in China to Amy, like Hangzhou, Xinjiang and Sanya, and advised her not to travel in China in busy season.

Bronagh discussed recent hot news with the students and encouraged all of them to express their ideas freely and individually.

It was the meaningful time for the students who tried to improve their English speaking skills and make new friends. Come and join us, you will be interested in it.
