Up to June 1st, 2010, of the English majors of 2006, 30, accounting for 11.46%, have been enrolled by universities home and abroad to further their studies as postgraduate students; of these M.A candidates, 9 were enrolled by such universities in the Chinese Mainland as Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China University of Political Science and Law , etc, and 21 by universities outside the Chinese Mainland, such as the University of Leeds in Britain, Sydney University in Australia, the University of Oklahoma in America, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, etc.
