On April 21st , although the weather was bad and the sky was gray, students came to the Portuguese Corner as usual. Everyone was looking forward to sharing different stories with Ms. Alba Irene.García Troya and knowing more about Portugal.
First, they talked about the bad mood. Everyone could have the chance of being in a bad mood and felt the indifference of the society. Alba said, sometimes people didn''''t feel well and they needed to write down the misfortunes that drove them crazy. In this way, people could release their worries.
Additionally, one of the students recommended a practical app to Alba, but the app didn''''t work on Android system and Alba was depressed. Thus, she let students reflect on over-consumption. Alba said it was common for people to have desires. However, most of the time people wanted something just because of the fancy appearance. Adults needed to advocate rational consumption. When consumers calmed down, they usually found more than 95% of the commodities they bought were unnecessary.
Students came to the Portuguese Corner , harvesting both knowledge and life experience. What was more, more and more students anticipated the next Portuguese Corner .
