On April 7th, 2017, SFL held successfully the seventh dubbing competition in C204 of Leyu Building. Mr Wataru Sato, Ms Rebecca Brinson Reel, Ms Zhou Xuechen, Ms Li Hui, Ms Zhang Jingyi, Ms Luo Min, Ms Sun Dongxue, Ms Lai Zeling , and Ms Liu Jinzhe attended the competition as honorable judges and guests.
Divided into four groups including English group, Japanese group, Portuguese group and French group, these Fifteen teams participating in the competition were teams standing out from the preliminary competition. With wide range topics, each team was excellent both in voice and affection, showing vivid artistic feature of roles. The outstanding performance of competitors won warm applause. At the end of the competition, the audiences were provided opportunities to take part in the impromptu dubbing, which brought the competition to another climax.
The judges said all the competitors not only pronounce accurately, but also showed appropriate features of every role, demonstrating the charming of language arts.
The Dubbing Competition was successfully held by SFL for seven sessions. Competitors challenged to achieve accurate pronunciation, showing craftsman’s spirit which was of great importance to study. Moreover, it enriched students’ campus life and activated the study atmosphere.
