2014年10月25日至12月14日，外国语学院学生党支部举行了第四期京师家园儿童英语义教系列活动。此期教学内容为有趣的数字、颜色、文化之夜等，既有寓教于乐的单词学习，又有感受国外文化实践环节。

通过这次义教活动，关于少儿英语教育同学们积累了三点经验：第一，教学龄前儿童英语，兴趣最重要。英文动画、木偶以及一些适度的奖励来激发小朋友学习英语的热情；第二，互动式教学，让小朋友觉得英语学习是一件日常小事，避免使用“你教我学”的枯燥方法；第三，经常鼓励、赞扬。一句“你真棒！”“非常好！”可以带给小朋友信心，让他们敢于开口说英语。

京师家园儿童英语义教活动是外国语学院学生党支部的传统特色活动。授课教师皆为我院品学兼优的党员积极分子或正式党员，活动之前，同学们经过详细调研和论证，在查阅相关专业知识的基础上，结合自身所学教学法知识，精心设计教案，学院派专门老师辅导修改教案。

京师家园义教活动既服务了社区，又锻炼了同学的专业能力，深受参加活动的教师及子女好评。

The Students’ CPC Party Branch of SFL held the 4th Voluntary English teaching activity for kids aging from 3-6 of BNUZ from Oct. 25 to Dec.14.covering the teaching of numbers, colors, animals and cultural experience as well.

The intern teachers benefit a lot from this practice with the following experiences: Firstly, interest is the best teacher for young kids. Cartoon, pictures and movies are of great help in inspiring their deep interest. Secondly, interactivity, with parents’ participation if necessary, is essential to lower down the difficulty of foreign language acquisition. Thirdly, it is never late to praise the kids, which builds the kids’ confidence a lot.

The voluntary teaching received a lot of appraisal and support from kids and their parents. More and interesting teaching are to be expected.
